Recently, Tang Xiyuan's research team at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Peking University, has successfully developed a multi-scale neural signal interface SoC (System on a Chip) tailored for high-channel brain-computer interfaces. The team's research findings were showcased in a paper presented at the IEEE Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC), entitled "A Multiscale Neural Interface SoC with 89.5-dB DR, 4.54μW Analog Frontend, and a 0.00013 mm²/Ch Spatiotemporal Spike Feature Extractor".
