Recently, there's been uplifting news from the Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone: the construction project of an intelligent factory, which is undertaken by Nanya New Material Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and is designed to produce 3.6 million square meters of IC substrate materials annually, has successfully reached its topping-out milestone. This achievement signifies the project's transition into a new phase.

With a substantial total investment of 5 billion yuan, the project is poised to establish a core R&D and production headquarters base in East China. Since the signing of the project, it has made remarkable progress, largely thanks to the high-quality services and streamlined approval processes offered by the Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone.

At present, the local main structure of the substrate workshop has reached the second floor, and it is anticipated that the civil engineering work will be fully completed by August of next year. Moreover, the associated project, which involves the annual production of 600,000 square meters of high-performance build-up films for advanced packaging substrates, is also progressing in tandem.

Collectively, these projects are set to significantly bolster Haimen's high-end electronic materials cluster, fostering further growth and development in the region.
