According to NVIDIA’s proxy statement for the 2026 fiscal year, Huang’s daughter, Madison, who serves as the Senior Director of Omniverse in the simulation software division, commands an annual salary of $1.232 million. Meanwhile, his son, Spencer, the Director of Product Management in the robotics sector, rakes in $1.32 million—a substantial jump from the previous fiscal year. NVIDIA clarified that the salary evaluations for Huang’s children are conducted independently of Jensen Huang and align with the compensation standards for employees in comparable roles who have no familial connection to the company’s leadership. Amid these pay raises for his offspring, Jensen Huang himself opted for a 27% salary reduction. Nevertheless, his total compensation still soared to an impressive $36.34383 million.
