Centec Communications announced that National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 11.60% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its stake by no more than 10.25 million shares, representing 2.50% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading between June 8 and September 7, 2026. As of the announcement, the shareholder holds 47.5602 million shares, which were acquired before the IPO and became tradable on September 18, 2024.
