On April 28, information from the China Trade Remedy Information Network revealed that the US International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a notice on April 27, detailing its final determination in a Section 337 investigation concerning semiconductor devices, along with their downstream computing products and components (Investigation No.: 337-TA-1465). The ITC opted not to review the initial determination (No. 11) issued by the administrative law judge on March 31, 2026. According to this initial determination, the ITC closed the investigation into Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (based in Santa Clara, California, USA) owing to a settlement agreement between the involved parties. Additionally, with the applicant withdrawing its complaint, the ITC also concluded the investigation into Lenovo Information Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in Guangdong, China, Lenovo (United States) Inc. (located in Morrisville, North Carolina, USA), Lenovo Group Limited in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, and Super Micro Computer, Inc. (headquartered in San Jose, California, USA). Consequently, all investigations pertaining to this case have been formally concluded.
