Intel's newly launched Core Ultra 200 series processors, even with the enhanced Plus models, still significantly lag behind AMD's Ryzen X3D series flagships in gaming performance. In response to the industry buzz surrounding this performance gap, Robert Hallock, Intel's Vice President and General Manager, formally addressed the issue in an exclusive interview with PC Games Hardware. He pointed out that the shortcomings in gaming performance of Intel's hybrid architecture CPUs primarily stem from inadequate software optimization, rather than issues with the hardware itself.
