At the North American Technology Symposium, TSMC announced new process technologies such as A13, A12, and N2U, and discussed its chip deployment strategy in the United States. Previously, there were concerns in the industry that the high costs of building factories in the US would affect TSMC's profits, particularly regarding yield issues. In response, TSMC CEO C.C. Wei stated that the chip factory in Arizona is progressing smoothly, with yields already comparable to those of local factories.
