Employing centralized bidding and block trading strategies, the Big Fund Phase I has divested a total of 7.9338 million shares, accounting for 1.5086% of the company's total share capital. The price per share during the divestment ranged from 196.70 yuan to 244.18 yuan, culminating in a total divestment amount of 1.739 billion yuan. This marks the inaugural divestment by the Big Fund Phase I since VeriSilicon Holdings' initial public offering (IPO). Following the divestment, the Big Fund Phase I retains a stake of 26.7904 million shares, with its ownership percentage declining from 6.6026% to 5.0941%.
