Addressing the concerns of supply chain resilience and operational dependability stemming from a prolonged dependence on imported chips in high-voltage DC converter valve control systems, this paper delves into a comprehensive exploration of the pivotal technologies underpinning valve control systems and drive circuits, leveraging domestically produced chips. Following a thorough examination of the conventional architecture of DC valve control systems, the paper introduces an independent and manageable approach, characterized by redundant configurations, versatile mode transitions, and standardized on-site substitutions. Additionally, it encompasses the design and refinement of domestic DSPs, FPGAs, optical communication modules, power supply filter circuits, and multi-layered fault-tolerant strategies.
