On April 20, 2026, Huawei announced the adaptation plan for its 'Ultra-Space Memory Technology': The Mate 80 series, when upgraded to HarmonyOS 6.1.0.117 or higher, will support this technology; the Mate X7 series is expected to receive the upgrade gradually in June.
