After releasing the Core Ultra 3 series codenamed Panther Lake, Intel has launched its third-generation Core processor—the Core 3 series, codenamed Wildcat Lake. This series is positioned for the low-end entry-level mobile market, complementing the Ultra series. Wildcat Lake utilizes Intel's 18A process, featuring Cougar Cove performance cores and Darkmont low-power efficiency cores, integrated with an Xe3 architecture GPU and NPU 5 engine. It offers streamlined specifications, reduced power consumption, and supports various memory and expansion interfaces to meet the needs of entry-level devices.
