Intel recently announced the hiring of Seunghoon Han, Samsung Electronics' senior vice president of chip manufacturing, as vice president and general manager of foundry services to drive customer expansion. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Han will officially join Intel next month and report to Naga Chandrasekaran, head of the foundry division. Market sources indicate that Intel is in talks with several leading tech companies for foundry partnerships. In response to this news, Intel's stock price rose by 5.48% to $68.50.
