Since 2026, foreign-funded institutions have demonstrated a growing enthusiasm for researching A-share listed companies. Data from Wind reveals that, up until April 10 of this year, these institutions have carried out nearly 1,400 research visits to companies listed in Shanghai, covering around 190 entities. The research endeavors have been predominantly centered on sectors like semiconductors, high-end equipment, intelligent hardware, and innovative pharmaceuticals. Notably, companies listed on the STAR Market have garnered substantial interest. This trend underscores the fact that international capital is ramping up its research efforts and concentrating on China's "hard technology" sector and emerging high-quality productive forces.
