According to an AI Server industry survey published by market research firm TrendForce on April 8, 2026, NVIDIA is set to revise its shipment structure for high-end AI chips, driven by geopolitical risks and supply chain reconfigurations. The overall proportion of the Hopper and Rubin series in high-end GPU shipments is projected to decline. Specifically, the Rubin series—which is grappling with challenges such as the time-intensive HBM4 certification process, network transmission upgrade adaptations, power consumption management, and liquid cooling solution refinements—will see its shipment share drop from 29% to 22%. Similarly, the Hopper series will also witness a decrease, with its shipment share falling from 10% to 7%. In contrast, the Blackwell series, primarily centered around the GB300/B300 models, is expected to experience a substantial increase, capturing 71% of the market share and further cementing its leading position.
