At the 2026 XuanTie RISC-V Ecosystem Conference, Alibaba DAMO Academy proudly introduced the XuanTie C950, the RISC-V CPU IP boasting the highest performance globally, alongside the highly efficient C925. The XuanTie C950 is characterized by its 8-instruction decoding capability and a 16-stage pipeline architecture, achieving a maximum clock speed of 3.2GHz. In the SPECint2006 benchmark test, its single-core performance surpasses 70 points, enabling seamless native operation of large models with hundreds of billions of parameters. This makes it an ideal choice for applications in cloud computing, AI, high-end robotics, and beyond. Meanwhile, the C925 enhances energy efficiency by 11%, reduces the chip area by 32%, and, together with the C930 and C950, forms a comprehensive product matrix.
