On March 25, during the SEMICON China 2026 event, AMEC proudly introduced four cutting-edge products tailored for pivotal processes in both silicon-based and compound semiconductor manufacturing. These include the next-generation ICP plasma etching system, Primo Angnova™; the high-selectivity etcher, Primo Domingo™; the Smart RF Match, an intelligent RF matching solution; and the Preciomo Udx®, a state-of-the-art MOCVD system designed for mass-producing blue-green Micro LEDs.
