On March 24, at the 2026 XuanTie RISC-V Ecosystem Conference, Alibaba DAMO Academy proudly introduced its latest flagship processor, the XuanTie C950. Built on a cutting-edge 5nm process technology, this processor boasts an impressive frequency of up to 3.2GHz. Notably, in the SPECint2006 benchmark test, its single-core performance has, for the first time, exceeded the 70-point mark, showcasing a remarkable leap over its predecessor, the XuanTie C920, with comprehensive performance improvements exceeding 300%. Designed with versatility in mind, the XuanTie C950 is ideally suited for a wide range of applications, including cloud computing, generative AI, high-end robotics, and edge computing scenarios.
