Recently, the explosion in AI demand has driven a structural shortage of its upstream core material, electronic glass fiber (electronic fabric), leading to a rise in product prices. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, China will accelerate the research and development of high-end electronic fabric equipment and promote import substitution, with leading enterprises speeding up the layout of high-end products and focusing on breakthroughs in next-generation core technologies. On March 18th, the China Jushi Huai'an Zero-Carbon Smart Manufacturing Base ignited its production line for 100,000 metric tons of electronic glass fiber and 390 million meters of electronic fabric annually, accounting for 9% of the global market, with high-end electronic substrates making up 30%.
