On March 19, Dinglong Co., Ltd. made an announcement stating that the primary factory buildings and auxiliary facilities of the "Industrialization Project for 300 Tons Annual Production of KrF/ArF Photoresist"—a project invested in and constructed by its majority-owned subsidiary, Dinglong (Qianjiang) New Materials Co., Ltd., located within the Jianghan Salt and Chemical Industrial Park in Qianjiang City—have been fully completed. These facilities have successfully undergone and passed the production review conducted by the relevant authorities. This particular project marks China's inaugural high-end wafer photoresist mass production line, encompassing the entire process from "organic synthesis to polymer synthesis, refining and purification, and ultimately photoresist blending." The products developed under this project cater to all technical nodes throughout the manufacturing process of domestic wafer factories and find extensive applications in high-end storage and high-performance logic devices. Presently, the company boasts a portfolio of over 30 types of high-end photoresists, with more than half of them already dispatched for sample verification. Several of these products have already achieved bulk supply status, while multiple others are diligently vying for orders. Once the project reaches its full production capacity, it is poised to generate fresh growth opportunities for the company's performance and further solidify its platform-based strategic布局 (which means "layout" in English, here retained as a Chinese term for specific strategic context) within the semiconductor materials sector.
