On March 6, 2026, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a notification regarding the overseas listing filing of Shenghong Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 110,227,500 ordinary shares for overseas listing and to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
