Nexperia China Co., Ltd. released a statement indicating that, commencing at 19:02 on March 3, 2026, Nexperia B.V. has carried out a bulk deactivation of office accounts for its Chinese employees. This action has led to the employees' inability to access Office365, SAP systems, and other related platforms normally, consequently causing disruptions in certain production processes. Nevertheless, orders that have already been invoiced in the SAP system and are in the midst of production remain unaffected. Presently, the IT and business divisions in China have activated emergency response protocols, and the majority of operations have been reinstated, thereby ensuring the continuity of basic production and business activities.
