Amidst the persistent global tightness in DRAM supply, PC manufacturers are stepping up their efforts to explore new memory supply avenues, aiming to ease the supply bottlenecks and cost burdens. According to industry insiders, certain procurement orders now mandate customers to make purchasing decisions within a mere hour and even necessitate upfront payments to guarantee memory resource availability. In light of this situation, Lenovo has already incorporated memory products from ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) into some of its laptop models.
