A research team helmed by Associate Professor Chen Hao from Puyuan Future Technology College at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, in partnership with the University of Oxford, Kyoto University in Japan, and ShanghaiTech University, has released a paper titled "Homogenized Optoelectronic Properties in Perovskites: Achieving High-Efficiency Solar Cells with Common Chloride Additives" in the Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS), a leading international chemistry journal. This research marks a significant stride in enhancing the uniformity of optoelectronic properties within perovskite materials through the introduction of common chloride additives, offering a fresh approach to the development of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells.

Associate Professor Chen Hao has dedicated himself to perovskite photovoltaic device research for an extended period. His team has previously made multiple breakthroughs in the realms of single-junction and multi-junction all-perovskite tandem cells, with their findings published in esteemed journals like Nature and Science, and recognized by international authoritative bodies.
