According to regulatory disclosures, Nvidia offloaded its entire holding of 1.1 million Arm shares during the fourth quarter of the previous year. Based on Arm's closing share price on Tuesday, this divestment was valued at approximately $140 million. Following the completion of this transaction, Nvidia no longer retains any ownership stake in Arm. It's worth noting that Nvidia had previously made an unsuccessful bid to acquire Arm for a staggering $40 billion.
