The Samsung Exynos 2600 will be officially commercialized this month, making its debut with the Galaxy S26 series. This chip is the world's first to adopt a 2nm GAA process, marking a significant breakthrough for Samsung in the semiconductor manufacturing sector and becoming the first officially commercialized 2nm mobile chip. Its CPU features a 10-core architecture, delivering up to a 39% performance improvement over its predecessor; the GPU performance has increased by up to 100%, supporting ray tracing; and the NPU performance has improved by up to 113%, significantly enhancing AI computing power. Additionally, the chip introduces HPB thermal management technology, reducing thermal resistance by up to 16% to ensure stable performance.
