After evaluation by the Honors and Awards Committee of the Society for Information Display (SID) and resolution by the Board of Directors, Professor Zhang Shengdong, an alumnus from the Class of 1980 at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering at Southeast University, has been granted the title of SID Fellow in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the development of TFT integrated circuits in the fields of advanced display and flexible electronics, as well as his pioneering innovations in metal oxide TFT technology and quantum dot LED displays.
