From January 25 to 29, the 39th IEEE MEMS International Premier Conference was held in Salzburg, Austria. The team led by Professor Liu Jingquan from the National Key Laboratory of Micronano Fabrication Technology, School of Integrated Circuits (School of Information and Electronic Engineering), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, won the Best Paper Award (Outstanding Student Paper Award Winner) for their paper titled "Implantable Nanoscale Neural Probes for In Vivo Single-Neuron Intracellular Electrophysiological Analysis."
