On February 10th, Sanan Optoelectronics revealed on an interactive platform that the company has successfully commenced mass production and shipment of optical chips designed for 400G and 800G optical modules. Furthermore, optical chips tailored for 1.6T optical modules have also been dispatched to customers for sample testing and verification. Presently, the company's production capacity for optical technology stands at 2,750 wafers per month, with the core process segment, epitaxy, having been expanded to a capacity of 6,000 wafers per month.
