Following NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger has also publicly praised Huawei, expressing surprise and admiration for Huawei's ability to recruit over 100 top-tier CPU architects despite being under sanctions. Gelsinger noted that although Huawei's architects lack advanced tools, they are still able to build new capabilities, warning that U.S. should be cautious as Chinese tech companies may achieve leapfrog development.
