Taiji Industry has officially declared that its subsidiary, The 11th Design & Research Institute of Mechanic & Electronic Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter known as the "Shanghai 11th Design Institute"), has teamed up with Shanghai No.4 Construction Co., Ltd. to form a consortium. This consortium has jointly submitted a bid for the general contracting of the Huahong FAB9B project, which is under the purview of Huahong Hongli Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. As per the public announcement, the consortium has emerged as the provisional winner, with a bid amounting to 3.778 billion RMB. Within this arrangement, the Shanghai 11th Design Institute, assuming the role of consortium leader, is anticipated to shoulder 98.46% of the contractual workload, equating to roughly 3.719 billion RMB. Should the project be successfully awarded and a formal contract inked, the multi-year timeline for project execution renders the precise impact on the company's 2026 performance uncertain at this juncture.
