Institutions predict that memory prices will rise across the board in the first quarter of 2026. Due to a surge in demand for AI and data centers, the global imbalance between supply and demand for memory has intensified, enhancing the bargaining power of original manufacturers. Institutions have comprehensively revised upward the quarterly price increases for various DRAM and NAND Flash products in the first quarter. Specifically, the quarterly increase in contract prices for Conventional DRAM has been adjusted from 55-60% to 90-95%, while the quarterly increase in contract prices for NAND Flash has been raised from 33-38% to 55-60%. Further upward adjustments are not ruled out.
