T-Head Semiconductor has officially rolled out a cutting-edge AI chip (with Product ID: 7) on its official website. This chip is built upon a self-developed parallel computing architecture and incorporates ICN (Inter-Chip Network) interconnection technology. It comes equipped with seven high-performance interconnection ports, enabling seamless multi-card collaborative operations. This powerful chip is capable of efficiently catering to the high computational requirements of various applications, such as autonomous driving, AI training and inference, multimodal models, and beyond. At present, the chip has been successfully deployed in a 10,000-card cluster on Alibaba Cloud, providing services to over 400 clients, including prominent names like State Grid and XPENG Motors.
