On Wednesday, sources revealed that SK Hynix has clinched more than two-thirds of NVIDIA's orders for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) supplies. These supplies are earmarked for the production of the Vera Rubin artificial intelligence (AI) platform in the current year. Notably, NVIDIA has assigned approximately 70% of its HBM4 requirements for the platform to SK Hynix, a figure that surpasses the market's initial expectations, which hovered around the 50% mark.
