Telink Semiconductor has made an announcement stating its intention to acquire a 100% stake in Shanghai Panchip Microelectronics Co., Ltd. The acquisition will be executed by issuing shares and making cash payments to 26 transaction entities, including STYLISH, Shanghai Xinsan, and Shanghai Songchi. The cumulative value of this transaction stands at 850 million yuan. In this deal, the procurement of supplementary funds hinges on the successful execution of the asset acquisition via share issuance and cash payments. Nevertheless, the ultimate outcome of the fundraising efforts will not impede the completion of the asset purchase.
