The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology has revealed that it has crafted detailed implementation guidelines for the first tranche of funding dedicated to high-end, precision, and advanced industrial development projects, as well as for initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in 2026. This move is designed to ensure a robust beginning and swift advancement for high-end, precision, and advanced industries in the upcoming year.
The guidelines zero in on the annual priorities for high-end, precision, and advanced industries, while also taking into account the long-term industrial blueprint outlined in the '15th Five-Year Plan.' They tackle four core areas: 'cultivating innovation,' 'expediting transformation,' 'boosting quality and efficiency,' and 'fostering growth.' Under this plan, over 1.5 billion yuan will be channeled into supporting more than 10 pivotal industries. These include integrated circuits, biopharmaceuticals, materials and energy, information software, and the digital economy.
