On January 22, as reported by "Shanghai Lingang" news, the commencement and operational launch ceremony for key projects in the Lingang Special Area in January 2026 took place at the main venue of the Yuanchuang Kexin Pilot Project. This month, the Lingang Special Area has witnessed the commencement, completion, or commencement of operations for a total of 15 projects, with an overall investment of approximately RMB 13.6 billion. Among them, the "Semiconductor Core Components and Systems Project" is situated in the Eastern Chip Port plot. This project, being constructed with a RMB 5 billion investment by Shanghai Yuanchuang Kexin Semiconductor Co., Ltd., spans approximately 108 acres and boasts a total construction area of 150,000 square meters.
