Based on Gartner's projections for 2025, the global semiconductor market is anticipated to generate revenue amounting to $793.449 billion, marking a significant 21% year-on-year surge. Artificial intelligence (AI)-related semiconductors are set to be the primary driving force behind this growth. NVIDIA emerges as the frontrunner, boasting a staggering revenue of $125.703 billion, closely trailed by Samsung. In contrast, Intel witnesses a decline in its market share. By 2029, it is projected that AI semiconductors will constitute more than half of the total semiconductor sales worldwide.
