Biwin Storage has disclosed that Phase II of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund—which currently holds a 6.90% stake (equivalent to 32.2394 million shares) in the company—plans to reduce its shareholding by up to 9.3426 million shares. This reduction, which constitutes 2.00% of the company's total share capital, will be executed through centralized bidding and block trading over the period from February 4 to May 3, 2026. It's noteworthy that these shares were acquired prior to the company's initial public offering (IPO) and are currently unrestricted.

Previously, this shareholder had already divested 4.646 million shares, representing 0.9955% of the company's total share capital, during the period from October 9 to December 2, 2025. The shares were sold within a price range of 93.87 to 126.34 yuan per share. The relevant plan for this stake reduction was publicly announced on August 14, 2025.
