Counterpoint Research's latest report reveals that the global storage market has entered a "super bull market" phase, outstripping the record high set in 2018. Analysts predict that storage prices will experience an additional surge of 40%–50% in the first quarter of 2026, with a further increase of around 20% expected in the second quarter. To illustrate, the price of a 64GB RDIMM memory stick has already skyrocketed from $255 in the third quarter of 2025 to $450 in the fourth quarter, and is forecast to reach $700 by March 2026.
