On January 6th, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu, bringing together TCL Industries, CR Micro (China Resources Microelectronics), Zhonghuan Leading, and Geesys. The overarching goal of this collaboration is to forge a vertically integrated industrial chain ecosystem. This ecosystem will span the entire value chain, from upstream raw materials to semiconductor intelligent manufacturing, and extend to joint innovation applications for end-use products. Through this concerted effort, the partners aim to collectively propel the advancement of independent and controllable high-end manufacturing.

In a significant move, Geesys and CR Micro will join forces to establish an Industrial Software and AI Innovation Center. This center is envisioned to fortify the digital and intelligent backbone of domestic semiconductor manufacturing, laying a solid foundation for its continued growth. Ultimately, it will serve as a catalyst for high-quality industrial development, driving innovation and excellence in the sector.
