Sources within the semiconductor industry have disclosed that TSMC, in response to this high demand, has not only increased its pricing for the 3nm process this year but has also ceased accepting new orders for this technology. Industry analysts suggest that this move is largely due to the fact that TSMC's current order book is already saturated, with its existing production capacity falling short of meeting the soaring demand. Moreover, the company's efforts to ramp up capacity in the near term are proving insufficient to keep pace with the escalating needs of its customers.
