NVIDIA’s CEO, Jensen Huang, announced that the company’s flagship chip products—Blackwell and the upcoming next-generation Rubin chips—will be supplied to the Chinese market without delay. He noted that while the H200 chip currently enjoys a competitive edge in China, this advantage is unlikely to persist over the long term. To sustain its market leadership, NVIDIA must roll out new products in a timely fashion. Huang also stressed the importance of aligning U.S. export control policies with evolving technological realities. Earlier, the U.S. President granted NVIDIA permission to sell the H200 chip to "approved customers" in China, though Blackwell and Rubin were excluded from that arrangement. At present, NVIDIA faces growing competitive pressure from domestic Chinese firms. Huang praised China’s tech sector for its remarkable dynamism and resilience, predicting continued market growth. NVIDIA plans to "progressively" introduce new products in China. Meanwhile, NVIDIA’s CFO disclosed that the U.S. government is "actively moving forward" with the approval process for export licenses concerning the H200 chip to China, aiming to finalize it at the earliest opportunity.
