Specifically, shareholder CAS Baifu intends to divest no more than 1.1514 million shares, which would constitute a reduction of no more than 0.29% of the company's total share capital. Meanwhile, Beigong Investment plans to offload up to 1.0618 million shares, representing a decrease of no more than 0.26% of the total share capital. Hengqin Lihebo is set to reduce its stake by no more than 741,900 shares, accounting for a drop of no more than 0.19% of the total share capital. Additionally, CDH Qixian aims to sell no more than 350,500 shares, equating to a reduction of no more than 0.09% of the total share capital, and CDH Huayun plans to decrease its holdings by no more than 258,700 shares, which is no more than 0.06% of the total share capital.
