On December 12, WINTEST Electronics made public that its majority-owned subsidiary, Shanghai WINTEST Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., intends to acquire the land use rights for Plot F2-05 within the Shixi Software Information Park, situated in Shanghai's Qingpu District. The subsidiary plans to invest around 350 million yuan (a sum that encompasses land transfer fees) in the construction of a Phase II laboratory expansion project. The blueprint for this endeavor includes participating in a bidding process for roughly 26.8 mu of land, upon which a scientific research experimental building will be erected. This facility will encompass a variety of spaces, such as office laboratories, warehouses, clean scientific research laboratories, machining areas, and power stations.
