On December 12, Ronbay Technology made public its strategic move, revealing plans to allocate RMB 341.7639 million from its own reserves to acquire a 54.9688% equity interest in Guizhou Xinren New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Additionally, the company intends to inject a further RMB 140 million through a capital increase. Upon the completion of this transaction, Ronbay Technology's ownership stake in Guizhou Xinren will surge to 93.2034%, effectively transforming Guizhou Xinren into its majority-controlled subsidiary and incorporating it into the consolidated financial statements.
