SK Hynix has forged a collaborative partnership with NVIDIA to accelerate the research and development (R&D) of its next-generation AI NAND flash memory. The goal is to attain storage performance that is 30 times swifter than that of current enterprise solid-state drives (SSDs) by the year 2027. The initial batch of samples is projected to be rolled out by the close of 2026, boasting a performance enhancement of nearly tenfold.
