Through the utilization of 3D stacked memory and a software-hardware collaborative design approach, this upgrade significantly bolsters ecological compatibility, performance, and energy efficiency, rendering it a more optimal choice for AI inference applications. Simultaneously, the company's IPU-X6000 accelerator card, boasting a computing power of 256T and equipped with 128GB of video memory, has been successfully adapted to more than 30 open-source large models. This development is poised to expedite the implementation of domestic computing power solutions.
