On December 10, Sugon unveiled the record sheet from its investor relations activities. Despite the cessation of the restructuring process, Hygon Information and Sugon are set to further intensify their collaborative efforts, all while safeguarding the autonomy of the listed entities. Hygon Information is primarily engaged in the research and development of CPU and DCU chips, securing a vanguard position in China's core chip sector. Meanwhile, Sugon stands at the forefront domestically in areas such as interconnectivity, networking, scheduling, software, computing power services, storage, and liquid cooling technologies. Together, they aim to construct a holistic computing power industry chain. Looking ahead, the two firms will concentrate on the dual core sectors of computing power infrastructure integration and high-end chip design, respectively. From an industrial synergy standpoint, they will strive for a full-spectrum collaborative development spanning from chip design to computing power services.
