On December 8, Sanan Optoelectronics revealed on an interactive platform that the gallium arsenide solar cell chips it manufactures have been successfully employed in various fields, notably in powering commercial satellites. In a parallel development, Hunan Sanan has rolled out GaN (Gallium Nitride) products boasting high thermal conductivity and low parasitic parameters. These GaN products come with voltage resistance ratings of 100V and 650V, specifically designed to meet the power supply requirements of data center servers. Leading domestic design firms have already availed themselves of the foundry services provided by these innovative products.
