Recently, there have been widespread rumors that the Samsung Exynos 2600 is facing insufficient yield rates and delayed mass production. Based on the 2nm GAA process, the chip initially had a wafer input volume of approximately 15,000 units, with a yield rate of around 50%, falling short of the 70% target. This has impacted its adoption rate in the Galaxy S26 series, with an expected usage in only 30% of the models. Nevertheless, blogger 'Smart Chip Insider' revealed that Samsung models equipped with the Exynos 2600 are still scheduled to launch next January.
